Kent, Washington, March 7, 1927-
Regular meeting of the City Council; Present Mayor Berlin and
Councilmen Boucher, Konschot, Marsh and Wooden.
�.-inutes of the meeting of February 21, last, read and approved.
Clerks report, Police report and the Budget report for February
and the Treasurers report for January presented and filed.
Water Committee reported, recomending the instaling of.a Fire
Hydrant on the alley betwin. J. K. Berlin place and R. 14. Fardy place
on the west side of Kennebeck Avenue, Which recomendation was upon
motion, adopted.
Upon motion it v.-as decided to vacate the alley in Block 5, 0. P.
of Kent, with the proviso that the City reserve,s the right to place
pipes, and ect. though the block if so desired.
A warrant was ordered drawn on the L.I.'Gen. Fund, for .082.50 in
favor of the L. I. D. No. 216 Fund, to pay the assessment on lot 1
block 3, Car Line Add., which had been assessed through error.
