Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor J3erlin and Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Boucher, Konschot , Overlock and Wooden.
Minutes of the regular meeting of September 20 , read and approved.
Reports of the Clerk and Chief of Police for the month of September
and' Treasurer fob the month of August and Budget report for the mon-
th of August , presented and filed.
Finance Committee reported progress on the Del. L;.I .D. Colections.
Upon motion the City Attorney was authorized to offer Mrs. Fink
$150.00 for the land used in making. a. road by her place.
Ordinance ITo. 551, Adopting the budget for the year 1927, was read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unan-
imous vote of: all of the Councilmen present.
Ordinance No. 552 , fixing the tax levy for the year 1927 , was- read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unan-
imous vote of: all of the Councilmen present.
Upon ±b6ion the claim of the Fire Dept . for $49.52, for reimburse-
ment for money paid by them out of their sicial fund, for lockers & ect.
was allowed, and ordered paid back to them.
Matter of anater heater, poll and gass masks for the Fire Dept was
refered to the Fire Committee , 4vith power to act.
