Clerks report and the Treasurers report for the month of July was presented and filed. Upon motion it was decided that the City would exchange lot 22, in block 9 , of W.C.I.Cos.First Addition, for lot 20, in the same block, provided that the Gonnason Brothers would move the building and the shrubry from lot 22 to lot 20 , in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
