Kent , Washington , February 15, 1926.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present ldayor Berlin and
Councilmen Boundy, Boucher , Konschot , harsh, Overlock & Wooden.
IrLinutes of the meeting of February 1 , read and approved.
Clerks Report and the Budget Report for January and the Libra-
ry report . fro the year 1925 , presented and filed.
Park Board appeared before the Council in thgard to the park-
ing of some small plots on Railroad Avenue , and upon motion the
Board was directed to use their owne judgement in the matter.
Matter of sidewalk renewal on Titus St . west of Hi School was
refe red to the Street Committee , for investigation.
Upon motion the City Council decided to go 50 - 50 with the
Fire Dept . in the improvement of the sirene alatm system.
Upon motion it was directed that a water line beput in on Fifth
Avenue , from Willis St . to Titus St. , with stubs running west , and
that a firehydrant be placed at the intersection of Saar & Fifth.
' The Chief of Police was directed to notify Liby McNeil not to
dump any more garbage on the road to the garbage dump.
