Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Berlin and
Councilmen Boundy, Boucher, Coleman, Konschot , Marsh, Overlock and
Wooden.,
Minutes of the meeting of November 16th. read and approved.
Clerks report and Police reports for November and the Treas.
report pLnd the Budget report for October NKIXYJM presented and
ordered, filed.

Cole street and Third Avenue No. and upon motion the same was ord-

A warrant was ordered drawn. on the P. R. W.. Fund for Snl
$1450'.4�, to complete the deal for
the water system, with the Pacific Land 3Co. ,e the tLake the head r Lumber,
Co. and, Mr. Mattini . Sawyer Lumber
heed to alley through Mrs. Clarks place was read accepted
and ordered recorded.
Qrdinance No. 549 , accepting deed to alley, was read and pla-
ced upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of of
the Councilmen.
Qrdinance No. 550 , creating a Bond Interest & Redemption
Fund, was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and
carried unanimously.

Resolution transfering funds was read and adopted as follo-
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Kent , that
$4389•51, the total amounts in LIDS , No. 104 to 160 , inclusive , be
and they are hereby ordered to be transfered, to the L.I .General
Fund, ceeated by Orkdance No . 548 , and be it ,
FURTHER RESOLVED that the total amount of $2276.71 be -trans-
fered from the L. I. General Fund to the Current Expense Fund, to
reimburse the Cur. Exp. Fund for moneys advanced to the following
L. I. D. Funds:

And that 4618.00 be transfered to the Cur. Exp. Fund from the Foll-
oing L. 1"' D. Funds for expenses advanced from the Cur. Exp. Fund,
From L.I.D.No.2O3 , 6178.14; from L.I .D.No . 206, $8.01; form L.I .D.
No. 213, $431.85..
AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that all monies hereafter colected
in L.. I. Districts, up to 160, inclusive , be paid directly into the
L. I. General Fund, and as there is no outstanding obligations
against the said funds, or any of them, that the overdrafts in any
and all of the said funds be abrogated , or eliminated, and that the
said funds , up to and including No. 160 , be closed up; and the City
Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby directed to make their books
of accounts show such transaction.
A bid to do the City Printing for the comming year was opened
and read from the Advertiser-Journal , and it being the only bid rec-
eived, the contract , upon motion, was awarded to the Advertiser-
Journal , at ten cents per inch, per insertion.
