Regular.meeting of the Council; present Mayor Berlin and Council-
men Boundy, .Boucher, Coleman, , Konschot and Wooden.
Minutes of the last regular meeting, November 2, last , read and
approved.
Clerks report and the budget report for the month of October, read
and filed.
