Kent , Washington, October 19th. 1925.
Regular meeting of the Council; Present IUayor Berlin and Council-
me4 Boundy, Boucher , Coleman, Konschot , Marsh, Overlock and Wooden.
Minutes of October 5th. read and approved.
Treasurers report for month of September presented and filed.
Police Committee reported, re'comending the transfer of license
from J. A. Corbin to Miniker and Johnson, and upon motion the trans-
fer vas allowed.
Comunication from the Womans Improvement Club, in reguard to the
earwig pest , was read and filed.
Application for a transfer of license from J. A. Herity to J. A.
Johnson was -read and refered to the j9olice and License Committee.
Ordinance No. 547 , vacating alley in Guibersons Addition, was read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the
unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.

White Company, and refered the following Committee to report . at the
next meeting of the Council , Councilmen Coleman, Overlock & Konschot.
Matter of,and alley back of the Presbyterian Church and the Thomp-
son- and Boyker places was refered to the Street, Committee for inves-
tigation and report .
Upom motion the Mayor was authorized to apoint a man to make colec-
tions on local improvement delinquinces.
No further business appearing the meeting, uppn motion, did then
adjurn.
