Kent, Washington, October 5th. 1925.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Berlin and Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Boucher, Coleman, Konschott,•Marah and Wooden.
Minutes.of the meeting of September 21st. read and approved.
Clerks report, Police report and the budget report for the month
Of taptember, presented and filed.
Ordinance No. 545, adopting the budget for the year 1926, read and
upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the following
vote, Boundy, Boucher, Coleman, Konschott and Wooden voting "Aye" and
Yarsh,voting "Nay".
Ordinance No. 546, Fixing the Tax Levy for the year 19269 was read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unan-
imous vote of all of the Councilmen present.

Upon motion the City Treasurer was authorized to accept Del. Assmts.
on Local Improvement Districts, that are not on file in the County
Treasurers. Office, if total principal and one years interest are paid
in full.
Upon motion the Clerk was autherized to call for bids on -Fire Tru-
ck and Pumper, the same to be of 360 gal. cap., per minute, at net
pump presure of 120 lbs. per inch, from not less than 10 ft. draft.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion did then
adjurn.
