Minutes of August 17th. read and approved.
Clerks report and Police report for August read and filed.
Claim of Mr. and Tire. Truher, for $150.00 damages, caused by 44
fall on sidewalk on EM , West Willis Street , read and refered to
the City Attorney for investigation and report.

Councilman Morris having moved back east his office was declared
vacant 4Lnd Mr. R. E. Wooden was elected to fill the vacancy.
Upon motion it was decided that a Librarian would be paid $30.00
per month, begining with the First of the year.
No further business appearing, the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn. .
