Kent , Wdshington, June 15, 1925. '
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Berlin and
Councilmen Boundy, Coleman, MArsh, Morris and Overlock; Councilman
Konschot coming in later.
Minutes of June 1 , .read and approved.
City Clerks report for May read and filed.
Mayor apointed R. L. Crause Fire Chief and Firs. L.' 0. Raush
and 1'Ltss Mary Sharp as members of the Library Board to fill vacancy,
which apointments were all duly approved hk vote of the Council.
Councilman Morris was elected by the Council as Mayor pro tem.
CLAIMS WERE READ AND ALLOWED AS FOLLOWS:

Upon motion the City Council agreed to pay one half of the ems .
pense of a crossing police at meeker & Central during the summer, . on
Sundays, while the Sunday School is in session.
.Matter of a rack for the Fire dose was refered to the Fire Com-
mittee.
Comunicgtion from the American LaFrance Cos. Attorney was read .
and filed.
ComunkcAtion from the Fire Dept. , read in reguard to dangerous
condition of' dertain buildings and the Chief of Police was directed
to notify prol3erty owners.
Water C6mmittee recomended a new water line from main line .to
the Smith Street hill , which upon motion was taken under advisement.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion did
then ad j urn.
