Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor -berlin and Counctlmen 'Boundy, Coleman, Konschot, Marsh, Morris and Overlock. Minutes of the last meeting were read and upon motion of Council- man Overlock the portion that pertained to the purchase of a Howard Cooper Fire Truck was ordered stricken after which they were approved Police report for May and the Budget report for April were presen- ted and filed. Matter of drain on Kennebeck was refered to the Street Committee with power to act. Comunication from Fire Dept. , asking for the use of the streets every two weeks during the Sommer, for Street Dance , was read and granted. A comunicat n ion from the American LaFrance Co. , accepting the Co - tract for Fire Truck and one from the Reo. Fire Truck Co. submitting• a new bid, were read and filed.
