• Kent ,, Washington, May 7, 1925.
~ Special Meeting of the City Council , called by the unanimous
-concent of the council , for the purpose of reconsidering the
action had at the last regular council meeting, held on the 4th.
of May, last, -in the mattes of the purchase of a Fire Truck.
The Mayor and all members of the Council being present, and
the notice of' the call having been read, a resolution was pres-
ented and adopted by unanimous vote , as fillows:
IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF KENT, WASHr
INGTON, assembled in special session at the unanimous call of the
members of the Council on May 7th. 1925, that the action of the
Counall of May 4th. 1925, reguarding the purchase of the -La-Fran-
ce Brockway Fire Truck and equipment , be and the same is .hereby
recinded, and the�cthe contract of that date , signed and ececu-
ted by -the designated officers , be and the same is hereby reca-
lled .for further consideration.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the matter of the purchase and
contract for fire truck and equipment be refered to the members
of the City Council as a committee of the whole for considerati-
on and recomendation at the next regular meeting of the Council,
and that� a copy of this resolution be sent The LeFranoe Brockway
Company, or its authorized agents by registered mail at once.
No further business appearing .the meeting did then adjure.
