Regular meeting of the Council; present ilayor heppert . and Coun-
cilmen Boundy , Nall.ock Vuker , Marsh !oore and ` 'oodley.';
Minutes of March 16th. read and approved.
Clerks report and the report of the Police Dept . , for the Month
of March, and the Treasurers report and Budget report for the Yonth
of February , was presented and filed.
Finance reported that the City will be able to take the $5000.00 ,
Fire Apratus Bonds.
Mr. Bassett reported on the matter of the old Franchise from the
County, on the Black Diamond Road; question continued.
Recomendation from the Fire Dept . favoring the Howard-Cooper
Fire Truck, was read and laid on the table until next meeting.

ed , at a price of $25.00.
The City Men was donated for "Clean up Day" and the Clean up Com.
authorized financial aide up to an not to exceed $100.00.
Councilman Nurker was authorized to halr��thp" fence 831 'bhp"7At.er
Right-of-Way moved, where the city had a pee& to do the moving.
The Clerk was directed to adjust the Farmers water bill to $60.00.
No further Business appearing, the meeting, upon motion, did
