Clerks report and the report of the Police Dept . , for the Month of March, and the Treasurers report and Budget report for the Yonth of February , was presented and filed. Finance reported that the City will be able to take the $5000.00 , Fire Apratus Bonds. Mr. Bassett reported on the matter of the old Franchise from the County, on the Black Diamond Road; question continued.
