P.egular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Leppert 'and
Councilmen Boundy , Hallo.ck, Murker, Morris and Moore .
Records- of the meeting of February 16th. read and approved as read.
Budget report and the Police report for the month of January read
and filed.
Finance Committee reported a list of property delinquent for Local
Assessments, and upon motion, it was decided to notify property owners,
where possible , of delinquent local assessments , and that steps be tak-
en to colect the same , by foreclosure if necessary.
Application of William J. Swetland for Soft Drink and Card Room
License was presented and upon motion ordered granted.

adjurn.
