Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Leppert and
Councilmen Boundy , Na_llock, Murker , Marsh. rioore and Morris.
Minutes of the meeting of January 5 , read and approved.
\ Clerks annual report and Treasurers report and buget report for
December- pradented and filed.
Upon motion of Councilman Moore , Chief of Police Grants Sal . for
December was ordered paid. , and upon motion of Councilman it was order-
ed continued for the future .
Fire Committee reported, recomending the placing of the question
of a $5000.00 bind issue on the ballot at the March loth. election,
for additional Fire Apparatus.
Upon motion of Councilman Boundy the Clerk was instructed to Cer-
tify, to the County Election Board , the question of a $5000 .00 bond
issue for additional Fire Appargtus , to be placed upon the ballot for
the General• Election, March loth. next.

The matter of additional water for the East Hill Water Co. was
refered to the Water Committee , for investigation and report at the
next meeting.
The matter of providing a place for the Firemen to dry hose was
refered to the Fire Committee .
Upon motion it was decided to take over the janitor work f"or the
Firemens Headquarters and pay the janitor $1 .50 per month additional
for the work.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion did then
adjurn.
