Kent , Washington, December 1 , 1924.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Leppert and
Councilmen Boundy , Hallock, Murker , Marsh, Morris and Woodley.
Minutes of -the last regular meeting, of November 17 , read and
approved.
Police report for November read and filed.

Upon motion the contract was awarded to the Advertiser-Journal.
Ordinance No. 540 , regulating Garbage Dump , was read and placed
upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of
the Councilmen Present.

The matter of remoddling the jail was refered to the Police and
License Committee , with power to act.
After some discussion, nequiries and explanations , in the matter
of the disaperance of evedence , a motion was made by Councilman Wood-
