Kent , Washington, November 17 , 1924.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Leppert and
Councilmen Boundy , Hallock , Murker, Marsh and ;o
Minutes of November 3rd. read and approved.
Clerks and Treasurers reports and the Budget report for the
month of October read and filed.
Fire Committee reported on the matter of Fire Chief, recomend-
ing the apointment of Roy Kraus; he was apointed by the Mayor. and
confirmed by motion of the Council.
Ordinance No. 540, regulating .the use of the garbage dump , was
read and laid over to next meeting for consideration.
Petition of Sam Miller , asking for the vacation of the No. •f
of block 20 , -W. C. I . Cos. First Add. to Kent , was read and uopn
motion laid on the table .
