Kent , Washington, July 14th. 1924.
Special meeting of the City Council; called to consider the matte
of removing the ',transmission pipe line on the Black Diamond road, or
of buying right-of-way and moving the road; Present Councilmen Boundy
Hallock, Murker,Morris , Marsh, Moore and Woodley; Mayor Pro Tem. ,
Murker presiding..
Upon motion of Councilman Moore , Seconded by Councilman Woodley,
it was decided that the City buy a sixteen (16) foot strip along the
north side of the Black Diamond Road, where the City water transmis-
sion line parallels the south x*x south side of the road, all in
26 , 27 and 28, T., 22, R. 5 E.
The matter of a Right-of-Way Agent and method of procedure of
purchase , was , upon motion of Councilman Woodley , left to the Water
Committee , with power to act.

adjurn.
