Kent , Washington, July 22, 1924.
Regular"meeting of the Council; present Councilmen Boundy, Hallock,
Murker, Morris & Woodley; Councilman Moore coming later.
Mayor Pro Tem. Murker presiding.
Minutes of July 7th. and July 14th. read and approved..
Budget report for June presented to the Council and filed.
Water Committee reported that they had engaged Idr. C. E. Guiberson
as Right-of-Way Agent on the moving of the road away -from the water
transmission line.
Upon motion of Councilman Moore the Cemetary was granted free water,
until such time as the water line would have to be renewed, the ceme-
tary to maintain the line .

Matter of a City Dump was refered to the H. S. & Drg. Committee
for investigation and report.
Upon motion of Councilman Woodley the Clerk was instructed to adjust
the bill of the Farmers Water Line to $$50.00 , act. of leakage.
�Mr. Charles Bridges was approved as a member of the Fire Dept.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn.
