Regular meeting of. the Council; present Councilmen Boundy, Murker ,
Marsh and Morris; Mayor Pro Tem. , Murker, presiding.
Minutes of the meeting of May 5, read and approved.
Treasurers report for the month of April presented and filed.
Comunication from W. T. C. U. , in reguard to water traughfs read
and refered to Mr. Botting.
Application of Mr. J. S. Herity for license to conduct Pool Room,
Card Room and Soft Drink Place , at 112 So. Railroad Avenue , was reagd
and upon motion granted.
CLAIMS READ AND ALLOWED AS FOLLOWS:

Upon motion that water bill for the Farmers East Hill Plater Co.
was ordered adjusted to $30.00 for April , account of leekage in
their water line.
Upon motion it was decided that the City would pay one half of
the expense of a Croosing Policeman, at Meeker and Central , for the
summer, policeman to be on duty during thei time of Sunday School on
on Sunday Morinigs.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did
then adjurn.
