Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Leppert and Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Hallock, Murker, Marsh and Morris; Councilman Moore
coming in later.
Minutes of April 21, read and°approved.
Report of the Clerk Chief of Police and St. Supt., for the month
of April, read and filed:
Ordinance No. 531, granting to the P.S.P.& L.Co. a Franchise for
power lines, read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and
carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present, ( 5
votes for and no votes against)
-Ordinance No. 532, prohibiting'the running at large of male ani-
mals, of the species of horse or cow, read and upon motion placed
upon its final passage, and carried by the
foloowing vote, Councilmen Hallock, Murker, Marsh
and Morris voting "Aye" •"•
Resolution No. 217 X, Asking the County Commissioners to vacate
portions of Block 7, 'F-'C. I. Co' First Addition,to Kdnt, was read
and adopted.
Request for a transfer of license from Joe Czerney to John Kekley,
at No. 112 So. Railroad Avenue, was read and upon motion the same
was denied.
Ordinance No. 533, creating a L.I.M. for sidewalk improvement,
was read and upon motion placed upon its final passagd and carried
by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.

Request of the School Board for use of the Council Chamber for
school purposes next year, made by Dr. MacGregor, laid, over to next
meeting and upon motion the Building Committee was directed to get
the opinion of the tax payers as near as posible, through the use
of petitions and by publicity in the papers.

The water line through the Ramsay pasture was ordered renewnd
aild the location changed to First Avenue No.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did
then adjurn.
