Kent , Washington, March 17 , 1924.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Leppert and Coun-
cilmen Boundy , Ilallock, T.turker , Tdarsh , T:ioore and Vloodley.
TJinutes of the meeting; .of I.. arch 3rd. read and approved.
Mr. Bottings report and the Treasurers report for Feb. and. the Dug-
et report presented and filed .
Water Coriinittee reported, recornending, a new hydrant on Iio . Central
and one on the west ITi ihway Ido . of Chinn St . , and upon rnoti on they
were ordered installed; one on Central at about the Wise place and one
at the corner of. Shinn St . and the lest T[ii;hwuy , also , a 4 4" line
was ordered on Shinn St . between Lincoln and the !Vest Highway.
r;iatter of a water line on the east Highway , north of the city limits
was refered back to the 'later Committee for further investigation.
T"atter of janitor service for the city building 1,,!as refered to the
Tuildin Committee , with power to act .
Application of A. J. Corbin .for a renewal of his Pool and Card Room
