Hallock, Murker , Morrill , Naden , Thompson and Woodley.
Minutes of the meeting of April 16th. read and approved.
Clerks report and the report the Supt . , for the month od April read
and Filed.
The Mayor reported on his conference with the Railway people , in re-
guard to placing gates at crossings .
Comunications from the Att 'y General , the Co . Health Officer and the
County Sherif , were read and filed.

Upon motion of Council Naden fifteen feet of 181, pipe was ordered
purchased for Cent . Ave . So . of Titus St .
Petition to vacate portion of State Street read and filed.
Petition to have Alpine 17ay cleard of brush read and upon motion of
Councilman Laden, the posts and brush was ordered cleared from the St .
Request of P,:r. Guiberson to be alloyed to clean up the So. end of
State St . of Catapiblers & ect . was upon motion granted.
Upon motion mt -was agreed that the Band Stand be fixed up , as per
plans of 11r. Leeper, costs not to exceed $150 .00 .
The Building Com. was requested to confer with the Att 'y in ref;uard
to regulations in the use of the City Hall .
No fur then business appearing, the meeting, upon motion did than
adjurn.
