Resignation of A.B.Farnsworth, as a member of the Park Board, read
and upon notion accepted.

The Mayor made a report on his conferance with Co. Commissioner
Paul, relative to the City pipe line on the Black Diamond road.
Request by the Smith Heirs that the lateral sewer in Dist. #207
be changed in location to a few feet east, and run on the Smith prop-
erty instead of on the I.O.G.T. property, was made, and a motion by
Councilman Naden that the request be not considered was carried.
Upon motion of Councilman Murker the Attorney was requested to
prepare an ordinance,or resolution, governing the letting of the
City Hall Auditorium.
Upon motion of Councilman Naden the Clerk was requested to write
to Mr. Weeks of the Milwaukee in reguard to the promised graveling
of Sixth Street, from Meeker to Shinn.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn.
