Minutes of the meeting of Sept . lb , read Fund approved. Upon motion and vote of the council a City Hall sign was ordered placed upo;i the east edd of the New City Hall . Report of the Health Officer , for the month of September , was read and riled. Ordinance No. 508 , fixing tax levy , for the rear 1923 , was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of a11. of the Councilmen present .
