Regular meeting of the City Council;' present Mayor Leppert and Coun-
cilmen Hatt , Murker , Naden, Thompson and Woodley, Councilmen Ha.11ock
and Rlorrill coming in later.
Minutes of the meeting of Sept , 5th. read and approved.
Clerics report for the month of August read and filed.
Upon report and recomendation of the Street Committee and upon
motion regularly made and seconded itwas ordered that the railing
across Mill Creek, on Smith Street , be replaced.
Matter of a Hydrant at the .Rubber Co. plant was refered to the water
committee for investigation.
The Cleric was directed to request the C.Et.4Z St .P.Ry.Co. to fix up
the crossing of their tracks and Meeker Street .

The Street Committee was , upon motion, authorized to have the joints
on certain streets that are paved tared and repaired.
