Minutes of the Regular meeting of August 7th. , and Special Idieeting of August loth. read and approved. Report from the Police Department for the Iiionth of April read and filed. ,U,atter or a new hydrant on Naden Avenue laid over to next meeting. Comunication from hiir. C. J. Spencer, in reguard to drain on Central Avenue , read and refered to the Health Officer for investigation. Ordinance No- 506 , approving assessment roll for Sidewalk Dist . No. 203 , read and upon motion placed. upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Council . Ikatter of opening up the street from Scenic Way to Kenwood Avenue , a matter of one block on Guiberson Street , was left to the Street Com- mittee , with power to act . The matter of a new hydrant by the High School was refered to the Water Coriimittpe for investigation. The matter, of the improverr:ent on Railroad Avenue and Pioneer street , by sidewalking and grading atic.; graveling, was refered to tiie Street Conl, for investigation. Salary $100.00 per year, the same to be charged to the Water System, for work done in that Dept. as Supt. and Office hebp. No .further. business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then adjure.
