Kent , Washington , Iday 19, 1922.
Special meeting of the City Council , called to consider plans and
Artichect. for the new city hall , the Julay ¢nd all of the Counci. lnen
being present .
Upon motion duly made and seconded and the unanimous vote of the
Council it was decided to employ Nix. A. S. Leeper as Artichect .
Upon motion the Clerk was instructed to procure two new Filing
8abnets at once to keep records in.
No further business appearing the P,Ieeting, upon motion , did tkien
adjurn.

Special meeting of the City' Council , called for. the purpose of
considering plans presented by Mr. Leeper; The Mayor and all mernuers
of the Council being predemt .
Upon motion the plans presented by Ilx. Leeper were adopted and
lie was authorized to proceed to call for bids as soon as Iie was
ready .

Special meeting of the Council; present the NLayor and all mem-
bers of' the Council; meeting called to consider plans and specit'i-
cations , prepared by Mr. Leeper , for the new city hall. Plans
were presented and specifications read; all seemed to be satisfac-
tory , out no action taken.
Upon motion sprinkling hours were set for from 6 to 9 o' clocy
in the evening and the Police were instructed to inforce this order.
Nana Bills were ordered printed and a notice published in. the paper.
