Kent , Washington, March 20 , 1922
Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Leppert and Councilmen
Batt , Morrill , Naden, Thompson and Woodley.
Vinutes of Yar. 6th. read and approved.
i, Report of the health Officer , for the month of February, read and
tiled.
Street Committee reported progress on the matter of the vacation of
the south end of State Street and the same was refered back for further
investigation and report.
Fatter of the renewal of the walls between the Overlock and Keller
property was refered to the Street Committee for investigation, with
instructions to present a resolution for renewal at the next meeting
if found feazable .

Pauline Scott Purchase of tv�o Lots 100.00 -
The Park Board presented a recomendation that the City deed to the
County the east two acres of the camp sight , ill consideration of the
sum of $1000.00; upon motion the recomendation was adopted and the
Mayor and Clerk was authorized to sign a deed as per recomendation.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn.
