Kent , Washington, Februery 20 , 1922.
Regular meeting of the Council; present Iuiayor Leppert and Coun-
cilmen Murker, Naden, Thompson and. Woodley; Councilman Morrill
coming in later.
Minutes of the meeting of February 6 , last , read and approved.
Building Committee reported plans and estimates on City Hall.
The -Committee was directed to take the matter up with the City
Attorney and to take the necessary steps to have the proposed plan
tiaced upon the ballot at the next election.

Engineer reported on the proposed VanDeVanter Improvement and
the matter was refered to the Street Committee for further Inves-
tigation.
A Resolution for the improvement of Certain Streets and Alleys,
by placing a Lateral Sewer therein, was read and as there seemed to
be considerable oposition tb� the passage of the same , by the
reoidents in the district affected , the matter wao and no
action taken. -� -L�
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn.
