Report of the City Eng. on the completion of the Ward Street Cont-
ract read and filed .
Resolutions Numbers 200-A and 201-A read and adopted as follows:
P,ESOLUTION NO. 200-A -
IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KENT: That the 5th. day of -July , 1921 , at the hpur of 8 o' clock
P.R. , at the Council Chambers in the City Hall , at Kent , Washington ,
be and the same is fixed as the time and place for hearing on the Ass-
ment roll for Local Improvement District No . 200 , By grading and grav-
eling Titus street and Kennebeck Avenue .
That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish in the City Offi-
cial Newspaper of the City of Kent , notice thereof as required by
law and . the ordinances of the said City.
