Special meeting of the Council , called for the purpose of rPc-
inding the action of trr Council at the last reF;ular meeting, in
transfering $2500 . 00 from the Park Fund; present Mayor Leppert and
Councilmen 111allock, Batt , Murker , liorrill , Naden , Shore and V',00dley.
Opinion of the City Atturiley on the action taken was read and
ordered Filed .
The following resolution vas reaO and adopted unanimously:
IT IS NEMOLVED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT , That the
resolution adopted at its regular meeting of Larch 21 , 1921. , author-
izing the i-ithdrawel of .2500 .00 from the Park Fund of the City for
the porpose of purchasing a Fire Truck , be and the same is hereby
recinded and set aside .
No further business appearing the meeting , upon. motion , (lid then
ad,jurn.
