Regular meeting of the Council; present Nayor Leppert and Coun-
cilmen Hallock, Hatt, Murker, Morrill, Naden, Shore & Woodley.
Minutes of the meeting of January 3d. read and approved.
Petition for improvement, by filling ditch on Cent. Ave,. read and
re'fered to the Drainage Committee.
Al Christensen presented a petition for a soft drink and card
room license, vihich vas read and refered to the License. Committee.
Final estimate on Dist. No. 199 read and alloyed in the sum of
$12 30.2.0 .
The Mayor made him appointments as follors:
