Ordinances Nos . 477-478 & 479 were read and uopn motion each v,as placed. upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present . The City Engineer vas , upon motion , requested to report upon the Feasability of a drain on Kennebeck Avenue , from Titus street to Smith Street . Mr. Boren appeared before the 0ouncil in reguard to a drain from Central Avenue to Kennebeck , through the school property; matter ref- ered to the Drainage Committee . Upon motion the Engineer was directed to have the Crossing by the M. E. Church repared . Election Boards for the City Primary election vrere a.pointed as follows: PRECINCT NO. 1- M. R.
