Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Fulp and Councilmen
Asselstine , Gould , Murker and Naden . ,
Meeting minutes of March 15 , read and approved .
Petition of Truck ovrners and Transfere men , requesting that Ord-
nance No. 455 be repealed , or amended , refered to the Police and Lic-
ence Committee .
Clerks report and the report of the Chief of Police were read for
the month of March and filed .
Comunication from the Tolrrn of Milton , reguard Fire Apratus , read
and refered to the Fire Chief.
Check of State Treasurer , for $172.00 road mantenance , ordered
forryarded to . the County , as per agreement of last year.

motion the Contract was awarded to N. T. Barnes for $12041 .74.
Upon motion the P.S.E.Ry . . CO. 1ras ordered to move light to the cen-
ter of the. street at No . Cent . and Pioneer.
Upon motion the Engineer wqs instructed to investigate the matter
of drainage in parking strips to be filled , and report .
The Council , upon motion , decided to stand for $50.00 of the exp .
of graveling the end of Third Avenue , north of Shinn Street.
The matter of puttion r,ater on the H. Woodley place , on the Cem-
etary road , was upon motion refered to the Water Committee .
No further business appearing the Meeting , upon motion,
did then adjurn.
