Snecial meeting; of the Council present Mayor Fuln & all of
the Councilmen.
Upon motion the follorinb reso-lution , creating wn imer.g'ancy
P:.,as adopted by the unanimous vote of all of the Council.

THAT IVILER^AS, By Local Assessment proceedings heretofore in-
stituted by the City Council , certain streets of the City are
being paved and cement sidevialks constructed and that is is nec-
essary for the City of Kent to construct Alley crossings , and
streets inter:sedtions for sidevalks , at ?soints indicated by the
+ City Engineer , at an expense of $2.600.00 .

IT IS TIEREFORr ?FSOLVED by the City Counc:i_l of the City of
Kent , that an Emergency exiSt.s by reason of the facts a{'or.ersa.id ,

of said City to the Ourrent Enpense Fund , the sum of $2.600.00 ,
