Ordinance No. 390 , approving roll for L . I .D. No . 151 , was read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried k)y
the unanimous vote of all of the COUncilIiEil present .
Resolution No . 157A , setting time for hearing on assessment
roll , dist . rio . 157 , was read and adopted as follows:
IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CI`.CY COUNCIL 01' THE CITY OF .KENT:
That the 21st . day of August , 1916 , at tite hour of S O 'clock
P.M._, at he Council Cha.trlbers in the City Hall , at Kent , Wash-
ington , be and the same is fixed as the titue and place for
the hearing on the assessment roll for Local iruprovetnellt Hist-
rict No . 157 , I'or the ihlProveilrent 01' Willis Street , by build-
1116 along the north side thel-eof a regulation wood sidewalk ,
according to standard plans and specifications on file .
That the City Cleric be nad he is hereby directed to pmblish
in the Official newspaper of the City 01, Kerit , notices trlereof
as required by law and trre ordinances oi' the said City.
No further business appearing the Couticil , upon motion , did then
adjurn.
