Regular meeting of the Council ; present Mayor Shinn and
Councilmen Colerfkan , Batt , Look , Overlock , Timby and West .
Minutes of Aug. 7 , read and approved.
The matter of the location of the Poiison meter and the
protection of the reservoir were upon motion refered to the
Water Comidttee.
Claims read and ordered paid as follovis:

L . E. Price Frei-tit 10.35
H . & M. Carbon Co . office Sup. 3 .50
J . R. Tucker Auto Hire 1 .00
Ind. Ins. Commission Ind. Insurance 19.41
Ordinance No . 391 , Approving trie assessment roll of
L. I. D. No. 154 , was read and upon motion placed upon its
final passage and carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 392 , Approving assessment roll of L .
I . D. No . 157 , was read acid- upon motion placed upon its
final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of
the Councilmen present .
No further business appearing the Council , upon
motion , did then adjourn.
