Upson motion the appointments were confirmed. unanimously.
Ordinance # 3781 defining certain misdemeanors was read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage azid carried
una.nimiously.
Councilman Overlock was ano2Tiina.ted Maydir protein, acid no
further 4nominatioils halving been i&jde, a motion was offered
and carried that the Clerk cast the vote of the Council for
Councilman Overlock for Muiyor Protein, wyii ch was fine and Mr..
Overlock was declared. elected.

did then adjourn.
