-Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Hardy and
Councilmen Berlin,. Madison , Naden, Overlock and Taylor.
Minutes of October 1�" were read and approved.
Clerk 's and Treasurer 's reports were read and upon .motion
placed upon file ..
Claims were read and ordered Paid as follows :

The following resolution authorizing the Mayor and City
Cleric to purchase bonds , was read and upon motion unanimously
adopted:
RESOLUTION of intention to purchase bonds of the City of
Kent ,, Washington and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to purchase
same and draw a warrant or warrants therefore oil the treasurer..
It "is resolved by the 'City Council of the City of Kent , ,
Washington , that it do purchase Local Iitprovement Bonds of District {
# .145 of the City of Kent amounting to the sum of .# 38I4.63) at
not less that par with accrued interest .
Said bonds to be paid for out of any sinking fund available
for said purposeq. Said bonds are issued under and by virtue of
Ordinance # 374- of the City of Kent , Wa�,rri_noton , passed, and app-
roved October 411 , 1915 •
Arid the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to buy the same and to draw a warrant upon the City
Trge.surer ,payable out of the funds above specified..
No further business appearing the Council , upon motion ,
did then adjourn ,,
