Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Hardy and
Councilmen Chittenden, Look, Madison, Naden and Overlock.
Councilmen Berlin and Taylor corning in later .
Minutes of June 7 and special meting of June I4, was
read and approved. .
Ordinance # 361, aDending Ordinance # 367 was read,
placed upon its final passage and carried unanimously.
The' License Cohmdttee repotted favorable on the appli-
cations of P. Bartell , D. H. Adams and Earl Cutting for re-
newal •of their Ligdor Licenses and the same were ordered

a plan of equalizing thel assessmenta in L . I. D. # I45 .
Claims were read and ordered paid as follows :
Washington Pipe & Foundry Co. pipe 105 .29
Lowman & Hanford Eng.• Supplies 16.30
Ordinance # 369 ,prohibiting; stock from running at large ,
and ordinance # 370, fixing the duties of the Pound Master ,
Were read and refered to the Police and License CorrUttee.
No further business appearing , the Council , upon motion,
did then adjourn.
