foll,rwing resolution in r-lation to the same was read acid upon
motion adopted:
WHEREAS , Fred L. Baldwin and others h--1ve filed with the cl?rk
of tree City of Kent , their petition asking for the vacation
of blocks one ane two in the Sunny Side Addition to Kent ,also
Fir Street and the alley runnlil.6 north and south tnrou4;h said
blocks one and two , all located in County , WushinLton.,
and it appearint; to the City CouT'icil , that said petition sets
forth sufficient facts to 6iMe it jurisdiction to act in the
matter , it is therefore ,
R E S 0 L V E D:
Triat Dionday the 15tn. day of March 1915 , at the hour of
b o 'clock in the afternoon, at the council chawber in the City
Hall at Kent , rJa:hington, be acid the „Lme is hereby fixed as
the time and place for hearing; tree said petition, and it is
further ,
R E -S 0 L V E D :
That notice of the raid hearing be and the same is hereby
ordered posted in accordance with the i-)rovisions of the laws
of 'Washington in relation thereto , avid the Clerk of the said
City is directed to post :such notices according to law and the
provisions of this resolution.
The Treasurer 's report for JJanu',zry T&S presented and
upon motion placed upon file.
Upon motion the City Clerk vias directed to call for bids
for the installation of pipe line on Kennebeck Avenue and Smiul,
Street front the reservoir to Railroad Avenue .
Claims were read and ordered paid as follovis :
