was adopted and the licenses were ordered --ranted.
Claims were read and ordered paid- as follovis :

RESOLVED th��t the fee for weiz,liinb upon tree City Scales be
fixed at i0� per lead , and that all accounts for wei6hin6 mst
be paid Monthly , and that any person failinj; to pay between ttie
If, and IO" day of any month for any weiL�niitE; done for him ii-i the
preceeding month , shall be deprived of the use of the scales
thereafter until payment in full be iiacte by him.
The Council canvassed the returns of tite City .Election held
on the S" day of December and the f'ollowint� resolution in relat-
ion to the saire was read and upon motion unanimously adopted:
