Regular meeting_ of the Council; present ]Mayor Hardy acid
Councilmen Chittenden , Clarkson , Madison , McKenzie , Naden ,
Roberts and Taylor.
Minutes of Noveitber 211 were read acid approved.
Petition of Fred L. Baldwin, to vacate Blks. I and 2, of
Sunny Side Addition, was read and the Clerk was instructed to
answer the salibe.
Claims were read and ordered paid as follows :

The Clerk was instructed to publish Notices' that the.
Ordinances in reguard to cutting off delinquent water con-
su.mero will be strictly inforced after ti.e first of the year ,
r9.25.
A warrant was ordered drawn in favor of the City Attorney
for w 71. 75 , payment of judgement $ 54.25 and costs 0 17.50 in
the Bradley case.
Upon motion a street light was ordered placed at :Norton St .
and Pacific High-way.
