Ordinance # 364 providing for the constructiiln of ceinent
sidewalks in certain districts , was read and upon motion placed
upon its final passage and carried unanimously.
The question of amending the Vater Ordinances was upon motion
refered to the City Attorney.

was ref ered to the - Water Coimitittee.
A petition from the residents' , for a walk on Smith Street
from R4ilroad Ave . to First Avenue , was read and refered. to the
Street CoPatdttee.
