Regular meeting of the Council ; Present Mayor Hardy & Council-
men Chittenden, Clarkson, Madison, McKenzie ,' Naden and Taylor. .
Minutes of October 5u were r,?ad and approved.
Upon motion the City Attorney was instructed to create a concrete
sidewalk district ; the Street Coiwidttee to designate the boundries.
Claims were read and ordered paid as rollows :

man-holes and clean them out every Monday morning.
