Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Hardy and Coun-
cilinen Clarkson, Madison, McKenzie, Naden and Taylor.. Councilman
Chitteriden corning in later.
Minutes of. September 2I" were read and approved.
The Clerk's, Marshal's, Hight Marshal's and Treasurer's reports
were read and adopted.
The Light Coimnittee reported, recommending that the City pl<<ce
a light mole at Russell and State Streets. Recoiiatiendation was accept-
ed and the light ordered.

streets entering the City, warning the traveling public that the
speed limit is twelve wiles per hour.
