Regular m-etin of the Council;preselit Mayor Hardy acid Coun-
cilmen Chitteriden, Clarkson, Madison) McKenzie, Naden Roberts
and Taylor.
Minutes of June 1511, were read and approved. The Clerk's and
Night Marshal's reports for June were read and accepted.
CORVLUzrii cation frola the Alilericall Contracting Co., proposing
to release the City from the hrAintainance Contract for Street
paving, was read and refered to the Street Colmrd ttee, with pourer
to act.
The Sewer Com;i.ittee reported that they had exalidned tre lcfitte:t
of the P. C C. 11. Co. dumping their water into the Sewer, and
round that the water was doing; no harm.

A proposed agreement for Street Li8liting was presented by the
p, S. F, Ry, Co. , read and ref ered to a committee of the whole
Council, for coinitcunication. �c c�------
Upon motion the City Clerk was instructed to notify all water
consumers to turn off all water taps at once, upon the alarm of ftrq
and to instruct the Chief of the Fire Department to cut off stains
earring water to parts of the City not afflicted by fire.
