Minutes of July 20th. read and approved.
Pettition for Sewer. District , and a cotiuni.cation for a
Health Officer read and refered to the Sewer Coxmnittee .
Clerks report and Health Officer ' report report for month
of July , read acid accepted.
L1.�,ht Committee requested further time on Gas Franchise ,
request granted.
The 'Hater Coitunittee reported, recomending that the bill
of the East Bill water company be adjusted by the meter read-
ing for August , recoitiendation adopted.
Upon motion fir J . A. Youn was ,ranted free xater , unti1
such time as he Is able to pay .
Claim of W.H.Gridley and Rose Gridley ; also , Walter
Baker and Nancy Pa.Ker , for dama6es for the fire occuring July
3rd. was read and upon motion unanimously rejected.

ing, for a period of Five Years ; contract to be the saii;e
