Rebular meetin6 of the Council ; present Mayor hardy and
Councilmen Cnittenden, Clarkson, Naden , Roberts and Taylor .
Councilltran Madison comin6 in later .
Minutes of June I° were reed and &!,,proved.
The irk�tter of Iuovin6 the drinking fountain from the North
west corner of the Park to the South west corner was refered to
the Street Committee with power to act .
Claims were read acid paid as follows :

J. W. Mason Rebate on raater 2 .50

Upon motion Mr . F. W. Fink and J. W. Mason were allowed
rebate on water for over char6es , and the same was ordered to
be included in the claims and paid in the amount of $ 2 .50 each.
Upon Inotion the Park Board was requested to fix up the
Park in the North Park Addition; and the Marshal was also in—
structed to notify all the property ownPI's in. the City that had
Canada thistles on their places to cut the same ,otherwise to
have them cut and cflar6e the cost to the prOPtrty.
The Rutter of the water from the Condenser beinL, taken care
of through the sewers was left to the Sewer Committee .
No further business, appearin6 the Council did then adjourn
City Clerk.
